Natalya Slipchenko is a USDF bronze, silver, and gold medalist and a USDF Diamond Achievement Award recipient. A former head coach of the UC Davis Dressage Team (2020–2022), she now trains under Kasey Perry-Glass, refining a classical approach built on patience, partnership, and bringing out the best in every horse — regardless of breed, age, or background.
That philosophy took root during her years as a working student from 2015 to 2019, developing horses from training level through FEI and earning top placings at Regional Championships and the U.S. Dressage Finals along the way — across an unusually wide range of horses, from Drafts and Thoroughbreds to Friesians, Arabians, Fjords, and Iberians. Nowhere was that gift clearer than campaigning a 21-year-old Percheron gelding all the way to the U.S. Dressage Finals.
Natalya holds two bachelor's degrees from Purdue University and a Master's in Agricultural & Resource Economics from UC Davis — the same discipline and long-view thinking she brings to every horse in her program.
